Web Site Design - Web site design is not a single event - It is a Multi-Phase process involving an initial meeting with you to understand your company, your expectations, your products and /or services, and to get an understanding of your customer base. After the initial meeting we are able to provide you with a detail Quote for your website design. Once the Quote is accepted and all of the fact finding is finished, we can move forward with the total development and design process along with your buy-in. After the design process has been completed and approved by you, the website build out is ready to begin. When the build out has been finished, there is a final acceptance by you before it is published to the Internet. During the complete process our focus remains on the fact that the site is about your company, its products and services, and communicating this to your customer.
To break our process down into a little more detail - After our initial meeting, we will submit a Proposal for for your approval. Once approved, we start gathering all the detail information and data requirements. Once this process has been complete we start the design phase.
Using the information gather we then start the design your website using well founded techniques and procedures. After we have the initial design work completed, we publish your site to our proofing site for you review. At this point you are able to make suggestions and changes. Once we get your approval on the website design, we are able to start the site build out phase.
The site build out phase includes the addition and positioning of all the content such as your copy (text wording) and images/pictures. During this phase we keep an eye on the each pages follow there by ensure the complete follow of the site. Also, during this phase your site is continually published to the proofing site for your continuing review and suggestions. Once we receive your final approval your website is then publish to the Internet .
After your site is published, you then have a month in which continually tweak your site to give it that final polished look.

Once we receive your final approval, your website is then published to the Internet using your selected Domain Name.
Phase Four -
After your site is published, you have an entire month in which to continually tweak your site to give it that final polished look.
